We grow a wide variety of vegetables, flowers, and herbs, and fruits. Defying conventional monoculture practices, we plant up to 30 varietals at any given time. We also continually rotate our crops to replenish the soil, and utilize companion planting as a natural form of pest control and fertilization. Although Florida farming is always a challenge, we are constantly finding sustainable solutions. Farmer Jen says, “we usually have more triumphs than failures!”

We are most excited when we are able to turn our agricultural bounty into delightful foods. Our chefs are always collaborating with our farmers to select fruits and vegetables that will flourish and produce the most delicious seasonal menu for our sweet and savory offerings. We love trying new flavors and textures that come from interesting heirloom varieties.
